My main interest is in sharing my experiences to those seeking options to design and produce ethical food. I have been teaching agriculture, organic farming, regenerative farming, permaculture and agroecology for nearly 30 years and I have developed my own small scale food producing farm since 2000. We have 250 acres producing: Dexter cattle, Dorper sheep. seasonal Berkshire pigs, vegetables, eggs, honey, olives and we are establishing a dryland vineyard.
